Via Delphi runs the Dolphin Program at XCARET - get there early to participate.  This is an extra fee once you are inside the park - Their "interactive program" is $65 for 30 minutes (2001).  They do have two separate tanks / areas that they take visitors to for the experience - if your going to watch your group instead of swimming, be sure and find out which area they will be in - if you can get the correct answer!

	The Farleys and Cassie paid the extra fee to enjoy swimming with the dolphins.  Doug opted to be the photographer and Glenda opted to just sit out and watch.
	The water was crystal clear, you could see the dolphins very well, along with other fish in the natural tanks.
	The dolphins swim straight at you,  then under you...
		...they then turn and jump over your head, from behind.
XCARET does get $8 for your photo with the dolphin - if you like it but it is not mandatory.
