Our trip started with a 6:15am flight from DFW airport - WOW THAT WAS EARLY!!!!  We had to be at the airport by 4:15am!  Our flight into the Cancun airport was good, via a ATA Airlines and their Lockheed L-1011 tri-star airplane (it was packed - both directions).  We arrived at the Cancun airport shortly after 9am.

We booked our trip thru Pat at M&M Travel in Arlington, TX - via Trans Global, for the All-Inclusive package.

You get to push a button to see if you get a red light / green light at Immigration. Green light you walk on thru and red you get to open your bags - we all had green lights

  It took us 45 minutes to an hour to get thru customs, get our luggage and for the bus to head out.

The Bus ride (packed) was EXTREMELY LONG - seems like we stopped at EVERY resort between the airport and the Barcelo resort - it took close to two hours to reach Barcelo.  We would have opted for paying for a taxi/bus privately had we know how much of the vacation this was going to waste.
